JASON DWouldn't use the app check in . Didn't work ended up wasting another hour trying to check the truck out. Lable key drop box. Wasnt sure where to leave it checking out. So placed it in a locked mail box
william bNothing to do with the location. Vehicle was clean and easy back out/pull in. The U-Haul app was a giant pain. I’m still not sure if I completed the in-app return process. The app crashed several times before my return went away, nearly 30 minutes after first attempt. For this reason I do not recommend renting when the U-Haul store is closed.
