Other than the fact that the person behind the counter had to call somebody else to service me cuz he wasn't quite sure how to do things extended my stay up to at least half an hour and charging me for two or three extra miles and maybe two or three extra liters of gas was annoying when I paid over 300 bucks to begin with. I will not use U-Haul again. I don't like the nitpicking for extra dollars from them

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy only disappointment was I dropped off truck, just below fuel level, I believe $12 under… I had a ride coming to get me, so couldn’t drive down the road for $12… but to charge me $30 on top of $12 was a bit much… Considering I dropped truck off 2 days early and your company was able to rent it out asap… I watched the guy get in and drive it away… saying that. You could have given me a break on the $30 service fee.

JEFF MThe UHaul website and email did not tell me that no vehicle was available near me, so they changed my location to a store an hour and a half away. I had to drive an additional three hours.
Kevin NKnowledge of equipment and sizes of the truck needs improvement
