This is not the location where I made my reservation. The night before, my pickup location was changed to this location 1 hour away from me! This is not good customer service and the communication was poor about the whole thing. The man threatened to rent my truck to someone else because I was running late due to the change in location. He held it but was not nice about it. The independent U-Haul rep in Madisonville was not helpful either. “Oh that’s U-Haul.” Is all he had to say about the problem and inconvenience.

Why are the vehicles always less than a full tank? It would be so much easier for me to fill the tank to the top instead of trying to guess 1/2 tank and be possibly spending more on gas than I needed to. They should come fully topped off.
