Mike was great to get me the needed ramp trailer delivered to his business. Had an issue with the trailer while on vacation. U Haul Roadside Assistance responded in excellent manner by retrieving faulty trailer and delivering another to our Condo unit. Mike stayed in contact during the whole ordeal.
