I made my reservation through this agent near where I live. When he saw that I had picked up the trailer in Texas, he called to ask if everything was okay and to be sure I knew where he was located to drop the trailer off.

Confirm the equipment is available at the location it says it is on the website. Had to drive 50 miles to get trailer after I had confirmation trailor was available across the street from my location. Most likely will never use u haul again, I have spent hundreds of dollars and this is not the first time this has happened.

The man working there did the best he could but the system was down so I had to pay cash which was a big inconvenience and I had to stop five times and put air in the right tire of the tow dolly and that was an incredible Inconvenience driving a 26 foot moving truck with the tow dolly with the jeep on it and trying to get to an air pump! Totally ridiculous, never again!

This was just a little shack of a building.

Right side trailer brake and turn signal lights did not work. Safety chain was way too long. Operator did not come out to help hook up trailer, check towing set up, or if lights were working. Being familiar with towing and using the trailer localy I was ok with only one brake light and no right turn signal but don't think it is a very good way to rent equipment - just assuming everyone knows what they are doing hooking trailers up and renting equipment with out proper functioning trailer lights. If I wouldn't have been pressed for time, I would have rented a trailer somewhere else.
