I had expectations of a large, U-Haul branded facility, with many options or alternatives if something was incorrect on provided equipment. As it was, the selection was singular (only 1 10' foot truck and only 1 tow dolly. The attendant wasn't as knowledgeable as I expected, however, I am familiar with towing so it was not an issue for me. I do think it would be, and could be dangerous, for someone who doesn't fully understand what they are doing or which questions to ask. The storefront was not welcoming. Outside of a few stickers to know this was an authorized U-Haul rental facility, it was a dubious looking place , and appeared more a temporary parking lot for extra/overflow equipment. However, I did get the equipment I expected and it was in good operating condition. The pick up process was smooth and the attendant was very nice. The equipment served as expected for the trip.
