The keys were missing at our original pickup location and we were sent to this spot. We were worried after the first snafu but this location ended up being great! Easy to pull in and out. The orange box was clearly visible, easy to navigate the huge truck in the parking lot, felt safe. Highly recommend.
HANNA GWindshield (inside) needs cleaned☹️
Paul RI set up my reservation online for mobile pickup, but when I got there, I could not get the key because it said I had to get it in person so I had to wait for the shop to open. When I got the key from him, he was confused as to why I didn’t just do the mobile pickup. Uhaul customer service is supposed to be refunding me $50 on my credit card because my truck was not ready at the time of pickup. Otherwise a good experience with the owner and returning the equipment.
