There were major issues checking in as the program would not capture my drivers license. I was finally able to do so using the U-Haul app, but the app would not let me complete the check-in. The clerk on-site was not able to resolve the issue and I had to call the number that had re-assigned my pick-up location. They changed my pick-up time to re-set the system, but then the on-site clerk had to re-type nearly all of the information I had already provided on the app.
