The kid I dealt with was fantastic but the truck had cigarette ashes in the cup holder, the windows were criminally dirty and the bay was full of dirt. I picked truck up and it had about a quotable of gas. I filed it when I was done. About 60 miles and I put $150.12 worth of fuel. Not that it matters but this is the worst uHaul experience I’ve ever had.

MANUEL PNew location for U Haul. Problems with computer system so I had to wait almost an hour to get the paperwork finished. I am sure it will get better with time.
