There was no one at the property. The entire reason for renting at this location was because the property was supposed to be “open for business.” we’ll never rent here again!

The owner, Bobby, was extremely unprofessional. He wouldn’t even come down to give me my keys and small additional rental items, such as a utility dolly and moving blankets. Bobby told me over the phone to just go behind the counter and to grab the keys. Bobby never printed my contract for me or gave me any sort of confirmation in person whatsoever. I added the bundle online for a truck and tow dolly and Bobby removed the bundle, and charged my card two separate times to remove the discount bundle as well. I would NOT recommend using this u-haul. The ethics and professionalism aren’t there.
