I was charged $12 for the rental of a utility dolly that was not present when I picked up my truck rental. The call that was supposed to come in the night before to get me approved for my after hours mobile pickup? That never came either. I was out in the cold at the pickup location for an hour, on the phone with Uhaul corporate, trying to figure out how to get the keys to the truck I needed to rent.

Donald YThe drop off location was great. Unfortunately, they told me they will no longer be handling U-haul rentals. That is a shame. U-haul needs more locations like this and NOT a location like the pick up location.
