The location was fine, but I would give the checkout process a "poor" rating. I know if I check "poor" it will adversely affect the location which has no control over the implementation of this new process. The new online only checkout process is terrible and I will avoid it at all costs. See notes below in returning locations comments.

KYLE PI didnt get the size truck i needed ended up with a smaller one , had to drive 45 plus minutes to pick it up and mileage rate was a Lil high considering there wasnt a single truck the size I needed close to where I live , spent an arm and a leg for a sub par truck and needed up paying more in the end not worth it
