Linda HIt wasn't the pick up location I chose when I made my reservation. Uhaul called the day before to tell me that my location had changed. It was nearly an hour out of my way (25 minutes there and 25 minutes back). There was no offer of a discount for the inconvenience. Anyone that has ever moved understands the headache of wasting time and effort on moving day.

Dick LIf your going to make me go 30 miles out of my way to pick up a truck shouldn’t I be reimbursed for those miles instead of charging me extra since I “went over miles”?
