I’ve rented these u hauls a few times now. The cab was decently clean but not as clean as others I’ve been in. No windshield wash in the truck. Also seem like a lot of play in the steering wheel.

Took me an hour to pick up my vehicle and took me an hour to drop it off on the app. The lengthy and confusing process for pick up or drop off after hours is absolutely horrible. Do better.
