David HI rented it twice the last time was 3 weeks ago. I'm still getting calls asking if I returned the uhaul. I returned it that day. Then they put a hold of my bank card for a week and then dropped it then did it again. I got another message again this morning asking if we returned it! Very incompetent very unprofessional.
thomas aNo employees at the site or answering site phone numbers when I had a reservation. Had to call uhaul main number. U-Haul employee that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and got me going but it was a hassle to email photos and whatnot. The lady I spoke to gets a 10 out of 10 the location gets a 1. I feel I should have gotten a discount for the hassle of having a reservation and having to spend an hour figuring what to do with no employees there or answering.
