We dropped off the truck after hours by using the phone app. That went very well and easy to use. Location is easy to find on a main road. The parking lot had ample space to park the truck for return and the key drop box was easy to find.

RICARDO CI drove the truck 80 miles. After finishing the move, I put in 7 gallons of gas. I was then charged by Uhaul for 4 additional gallons on the invoice. That means the truck got 7 miles to the gallon which seems ridiculous.
John RThe last people that rented the van didn't clean the mat in the back. It was covered in dirt. No big deal, I hosed it off . The van was perfect otherwise.
