I was charged $48 for a concept of Damaged/Missing, the person at the office told me it was for the 6 blankets but I did return them. He said the $48 were going to be refunded but did not know when and I should follow up with U-Haul. Don’t have time to try to collect an incorrect charge

Renter beware….I completed the rental agreement / reservation online with an invoice total of $81.xx…..when I went to pick up the trailer at the arranged time he tried to charge me $159.xx with a bullsh$t reason….when I balked he almost immediately reduced the price to $73.xx…..pretty questionable business practice.
