Again, improve website. When I got the trailer I had signed up for packing blankets. There were none in Medical Lake. I spent two hours scouring nearby outlets before I found some. Also when the pickup point was changed the drop off point was not transferred. Medical Lake did not know where I was to drop off. And the site I went to had no record of my trailer being dropped off there. All personnel were cordial and helpful, but the interaction with the website was abysmal.

This isn’t related to the pickup location, more so that the night before I was informed my pickup location changed to 50 miles away. So that added 100 miles to my trip going there and back.
Christopher SLoaded car back tires damn near flat out air in loaded the car again same thing. Called was told to go to nearest location Lynwood then given a hard time told to call roadside went to a shop said tires needed to be resealed wanted me to wait already paid a tow truck driver. Want a refund guy in Lynwood put a promise note on it thanks to Lynwood I will only use Lynwood never had any issues there.
DAVID SThe customer service was good at this location even though the auto transport I rented had a flat tire. He did fix the problem right away and was very friendly and apologetic . What I did not appreciate was that I had reserved the trailer at a location in Arlington where I live and the day before I had to pick it up, I received a message stating that the pickup location changed to Mt. Vernon, which is 22 miles away from my residence and in the wrong direction of where I was going. So I ended up having to drive an extra 88 miles and spend an extra hour and a half of my time to pick up the trailer. I asked if I could get a discount for the huge inconvenience and was told no, that he was not able to do that because I reserved the trailer online. I feel like I should have received a discount due to the inconvenience.
