The person I dealt with was very easy to deal with and practical. The actual location was a somewhat crowded repair shop, but that was not a problem. The owner accommodated the needs I had and was available when I was late for the original pickup. He made it a very good experience.

Access to shop is on Riverside so it's busy but Jose is a wonderfully knowledgeable gentleman. It is based out of his Automotive Shop as well. The vehicle drove well and I'm glad to get the insurance cause you never know. All in all, Jose is the one to go to if you need a small truck and car trailer!
James COwner was very nice and helpful. Location was extremely difficult to get a trailer in and out of. Had to park across the street.
Robert HThe agent was very helpful, considering that Microsoft web services was down. The 10' truck low tire pressure alarm went off at about mile 25 causing an upsetting lost of time and worry. This happened 2 times. I checked the tires both times and it was over 50 PSI
David HAgain, improve website. When I got the trailer I had signed up for packing blankets. There were none in Medical Lake. I spent two hours scouring nearby outlets before I found some. Also when the pickup point was changed the drop off point was not transferred. Medical Lake did not know where I was to drop off. And the site I went to had no record of my trailer being dropped off there. All personnel were cordial and helpful, but the interaction with the website was abysmal.
