Excellent customer service. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me very helpful safety tips as he helped me learn how to connect and test everything correctly. The 5'x8' enclosed trailer was clean and in great condition with properly inflated tires, etc. I was able to purchase the exact type of padlock I wanted from the office at a fair price. It was very easy to get in and out of the driveway with the trailer. The facility was conveniently located right off of the highway.
