Warn people of rates doubling in a week went from $200 to $400 that's a lot of money. I did get a trailer with 5 new tires which I was glad, because in AR some trailers I looked at were very thin and I had a1100 mile trip in hot fl sun with no spare, you could add a trailer jack to ease raise and lower of tongue.

Jefferey MIt all went great, big Steves pawn was very helpful in my 1st time renting a U-Haul truck. I know now how about what to expect and what company i can use if i ever are in need of a rental. Thanks, so much. I am very satisfied with the overall experience. when i here someone say they need a rental truck, i know who to send them to. Not sure that was Big Steve at the counter, but he helped me greatly.
John HLocation and staff were great, equipment all had issues. Spent 2 hours going from one trailer to the next because of issues. The staff were super helpful and did everything they could to accommodate.
