Jake and crew were outstanding! Yes, the location was a bit off the beaten path, but the trailer I rented was in great shape and did exactly what I needed it to do. Jake was thorough with his walk-around inspections pre and post rental, even helped me hook up the trailer, which was a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't hesitate to work with these folks again, great all around experience.

I was not told by any of the people I talked to when reserving the truck that if I paid cash I would have to leave a deposit. When I returned the truck, earlier than planned, I was told that they were unable to give me my deposit back and it would be sent to me and could take up to two weeks to receive it. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my deposit.
NIKI CManager did all within his power to get me the rental rate I was quoted successfully and guided me through the process. Extremely helpful.
ERNEST CI answered yes even though they weren't open when I there. Maybe a third option of NA would be appropriate.
