On multiple occasions renting here, it has taken an hour plus to actually obtain the vehicle. The last time, they were not able to even print my contract for me to sign. The truck cabin was dirty, still littered with previous renters garbage. About the only thing I can say nice about this location is the young man working the counter was pleasant, but still unable to resolve my issues. On my last rental I was charged an extra day for returning the vehicle the following morning because I missed an appointment the previous day due to an hour and a half checkout just to pick up the truck. Upon calling both the rental location and the main number to explain the situation, I was unable to reach a live human. 100% unprofessional and 1000% frustrating. Don’t waste your money (or time!) here.

The guy was helpful. But the van was extremely dirty. Trash all over. Smelled inside because of all the trash under the seats. Overall not a good experience.
