Worst experience at U-Haul I've had to date. The individual, David Zhou was extremely unorganized and rude. He charged me an additional $120 claiming that I did not return the dolly however I have photo proof that I returned the dolly within 1 hour of returning the truck. He claimed that the representative would fix this however I've been charged the full receipt amount with no refund. I'd like to file an actual complaint about the individual as it was also very hard to understand him and he also was very unprofessional at his office, burning incents and cluttered.

We normally work with another Uhaul location, but they couldn't rent a van to us for the time we needed (10 days). So we went pretty far from home to get the van we needed, for the time length we needed. The van itself was excellent; exactly what we wanted. But when we tried to return the van during late afternoon, the office was closed. There was a key drop box, but it required a code to open the box to deposit the key, and we didn't have the code. There was a security camera that allowed for conversation, but the speaker wasn't loud enough, and the audio wasn't very good, and we couldn't hear what the person was saying. We tried to use the Uhaul app to check the van in that way, but still had to call Customer Service to get the code for the key box. We ended up talking to four different departments before we finally found someone who had that code. Once we had the code, we were able to drop off the key and finally leave. We were in that parking lot for an hour trying to get this resolved. We won't use that location again.
