Courteous people at checkout of truck. Kind of rustic location but doable. I had to blow out the interior of bed due to some sort of black residue. Cab of truck was clean.

Make customers aware of any and all charges when making a reservation. When I picked up the reserved vehicle, which they had only one available there was a fifteen dollar "safe move" charge not previously mentioned. If I had not needed the truck that specific day I would have walked away.
