I was believed that the price was $19.95 local and was charged $29.95 the staff never told me different until I questioned my charges then I got charged a $30 late fee when there wa nothing late so that’s $50 overcharged from my account I think the office staff should have informed me first and I deserve a refund and the backup mirror was missing
