The front windshield was covered in solid ice. When I asked the employee for help, even a box to try and remove the ice, he offered no solution. He stated he tried to beat the ice with a hammer with no success? Which I find hard to believe, as that would more than likely break the windshield. While driving, heavy sheets of ice were flying off the vehicle. Very unhelpful and not a great customer experience.
Kira BI turned in the truck when the location was closed and the app used to turn in the key was overkill with the number of photos required.,
WAYNE GCargo Box Lock was left on and we were not provided with the combination to remove it. Was told to buy a cut off wheel and grinder and cut it off and we would be reimbursed, have yet to be reimbursed after providing pictures documentation and receipt.
TRISTAN SMrs August was very help and very thorough. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her to my family friends and colleagues for Uhal or any storage needs.
