Cargo Box Lock was left on and we were not provided with the combination to remove it. Was told to buy a cut off wheel and grinder and cut it off and we would be reimbursed, have yet to be reimbursed after providing pictures documentation and receipt.

Andrew SI was charged for two dolly’s but the location only had one. Unfortunately they couldn’t take it off and I’ve not had time to contact U-Haul directly since I’m in the middle of a move. Would be nice to get the $7 I was charged back without having to use more than $7 worth of my time.
