The app is worthless. i couldn't figure out how to use it. i spoke with the customer service people. the were able to help me. They told me lots of people had trouble with the app. you need to fix it. i will never go to a site that depends on the app.

Can’t change this but not very much room on lot to park truck….especially a 20 footer.

Lenishma DeJesusI was told on the phone that when I arrived, all I needed to do was go inside the building, tell someone I was there to pick up a Uhaul, and they would be able to take care of getting me on my way. This was not the case. The person inside knew nothing about it and I had no idea how to get the Uhaul. I drove over to the Teall Avenue Uhaul, where I had originally selected to pick up the truck and they told me I had to do everything online. It was a very stressful and frustrating experience. I finally was able to get the truck, an hour after I had requested to pick it up. Never again.
Richard SmithThis location is what you see in tv and movies when they want to portray a bad neighborhood. We literally felt like a target. We picked this location based it’s proximity to the train station not knowing anything about the location. Dressed as tourists and carrying luggage, we truly felt like a target. I would recommend dropping it as a drop off location. There is so much more to comment on but I can se I am at the end of the survey.
