Fix your 24/7 pick and honor your quotes i was given a number to call because it wouldn't let me pick it up.... they are closed on Saturday and after driving 2 hours i figured the representative would pull my reservation and I would be good to go. Not what happened....

When I returned the vehicle and explained the vehicle issue, his manager wasn't available to relay my concerns.
DEZO MPerson did all the transaction on her phone and she kept saying she was not experienced. Her phone had a broken screen. We did not feel this was a safe location.
