The staff members were great. They worked with me to locate additional equipment that I needed but they did not currently have in stock. They were able to resolve an issue that I had with the online site. I wish they were able to keep moving boxes in stock but I understand that requires space that many smaller sites do not have available. Most of the U-Haul locations in town also do not stock boxes.
