The personnel were unfriendly, the place was a mess, the pick up location is two to three block from were the papers are done, and when I get to pick up the truck, there was no body, so I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up.

BETH EThere was no indication of where to park or key drop bix was? I kept the keys until the shop opened but received a call from a person at the store. I was told we blocked the door to their repair shop and didn’t leave the keys. Instructions on where to park and were the drop box is would be helpful.
