Was not the originally selected pickup store in Meridian. Was about 15 miles away in Nampa. I was notified of the change about two days before.

JASON RThere was a problem in timing between Elite RV Storage and U-Haul. I was told it was open until 2:30 p.m. and the operator was about ready to go out the door when we arrived at 2 p.m. We barely caught her. She was very kind and took the time to get everything set up for us to bring the trailer to Orofino for you folks, though she had been ready to leave.
Nancy BSuper easy process. Very glad the caller confirmed what I needed for light hookup and hitch size. That would have been a bummer to show up and realize I needed an adapter that I didn't have. I am sure U-Haul had options to buy, but was still grateful for heads up a couple days prior.
