I returned the van the same day, you charged me for 2. No visior on the driver's side. No one there to help you check out. When I checked in the van. Your app told me to put the key in the box. The store was open I would have took it in. But no one there specks English. Very poor service. I shouldn't have be charged a late fee, when I was doing what it said. I didn't have it for 2 days only 1. It took 1 1/2 hours to rent it. Please refund the late fee and the second day. I have a picture of the mileage. I will check that next.

It took us an hour just to pick up the truck because the website was saying we weren’t at the right location even though we were right under the location pin on the map. Then we had to change out pickup time because once we were able to pick up the truck on the website, the option went away because we were 3 minutes past the pickup time. Spent another 30 minutes on the app trying to rent a truck, and STILL had to change the pickup time.
Braeden SI returned the car with the same amount of fuel as when I received it. But they charged me extra money for no reason. Do not use their services; they arbitrarily charge fees and send fake invoices.
