Equipment was clean but the truck cabin was very stinky. Then, first experience with the u-haul app was very good except the return after hours. In fact, I took picture with my camera before opening the app thinking I would number able to upload them. So I dropped the truck key off then I tried to use the app for the return but I had to take photo instead of upload photo. I even call the U-Haul support to explain that and I hope I will avoid the $20 fee. Cheers! Raph

The truck was dirty and didn’t run well. The check engine light was on and the drivers door didn’t close well. The “mom’s attic” part of the roof leaked. The store had very limited amount of moving blankets.

ASHISH FI don’t like that you have to pay for kilometres and I don’t like that you’ve raised the amount that you have to pay for the kilometres, I didn’t like the fact that I asked for a furniture mover and yet one was not provided, which took me longer to move because none of my movers showed up, and I had to do it all by myself, I didn’t like the fact that I had to have the truck back by a certain time, even though I requested it all day, I felt rushed,
