The store attendant at this location was verry helpful. However, the U-Haul area management wasn't. I was told I would receive a call the day before my rental date to give me instructions as to where to pick up the truck. I did not receive this call. I called , what I believed to be the national # I found on the U-Haul website. The person I spoke with was very helpful, was able to locate my reservation but was not able to advise me of the pick up location. He transferred me to another agent who told me the truck would be delivered to a location on Old 41 in Naples, FL. I went to that location for the 9:30 AM pick up and the truck wasn't there. The attendant at that location located my reservation on his computer and said the truck was at the Rent A Mailbox on Logan Blvd N also in Naples. I went to this location and the truck wasn't there either. Again I say, for a 9:30 AM pick up. The same attendant I made the reservation with was on duty and repeatedly attempted to locate the truck. Finally she got ahold of the driver who was at the wrong location on Pine Ridge. The truck finally arrived 2 hours late. There is no excuse for this incompetence. Someone dropped the ball and that person should be held accountable.
