Never got to see the individual responsible for receiving the equipment, he was NOT at the location, never returned phone calls, I had to take photos of mileage, gas gage and the truck returned ON TIME and call Uhaul to let them know because the equipment never got checked in on the day of my return and I could have been charged for a whole other day. Very disappointed in this drop off location.
