Can't believe Facility didn't have any pads for Rent. Sent us to another location 10 miles away. Caused us to go over the "too restricted" mileage allowance by 4 miles. Unhappy customer speak louder than happy ones. You should have waived the $1.92 charge.

I would recommend based on convenience of location and not on service provided. The person at the counter was not helpful, at all, upon pickup or drop off. The person who checked the truck in at the end of the day was delightful and made the overall experience pleasant. If not for him, our rating would be much lower.

Apparently the trailer was not recorded in the system as having been dropped off so I was notified by corporate the next day, having no idea where I was to drop it off (although it was clearly listed on my original order with a confirmation email from U-haul) and thought I still had the trailer. I then called the drop off location to report and they had no listing that I had dropped it off either although an attendant was there!! I was told it would be taken care of and that an email would be short coming to confirm. I have never received such email. This 'left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing' is exactly why I was pulled over by police on my previous U-haul rental last year, accusing me of driving a stolen u haul truck. After an hour of multiple calls to local and corporate U-haul by both me and the officer, no one could explain the report of stolen truck. In disgust and frustration the officer apologized to me and just let it go, chalking it up to a screwed up U-haul system.

It was super easy dropping off the truck. In fact, every part of my move was made easy by U-Haul. The guy who took the truck in Nashville was a bit surly though. I guess I didn't expect it since the New York guy was so great.

Staff was helpful and competent. Rented 6X12 open trailer with ramp. Trailer did not fulfill expectations because while trailer is 6' wide, ramp and rear opening are only 4'9" wide- too narrow for my needs. Poor design!



when I went to pickup the unit no one was there to deliver at 10 am as scheduled. they told me the only person that was working would not be there shotrly. they finally told me he could not come in 3 hours later. I called uhaul and requested a new pickup. I WANT MY GUARENTEED REFUND.

I got an email that said I could change my pick up time, but it would not allow me a time I needed. I arrived an hour late and it would not let me do self check in. And calling and speaking to someone wouldn't allow me to check in for another hour!

I use this location a lot because of it's convenient location. Every single visit, I am overcharged for some reason. If I don't scrutinize the bill, I will be cheated. It's very frustrating. They always apologize for the mistake but it seems like part of their business model at this point. For my most recent rental, I brought the vehicle in after the time I estimated and was charged for two days. The vehicles are rented by the day. You should not be charged double for bringing the vehicle in a couple of hours late on an estimate that the customer provided. At the very least, they should be notified that they will be charged if they return the vehicle after the estimated time.

Had a poor experience. Pre-paid for a trailer hitch install on a 2010 VW Tiguan and they were unable to install the wiring after they rescheduled. Forced me to go to the VW on short notice for a rush install at twice the price.
