Allow the tenant to get into the bill and verify what has been charged on the card from Uhaul. That's pretty major confirm what you guys are charging that's not a location that's a company policy issue that is not very client friendly. I have rented numerous trucks trailers from your U-Haul and thus is an issue at many locations and obviously a company policy that is wrong

Customer Service was horrible! This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I never give bad reviews but I'm afraid, in this situation, it needs to be done. I will not ever recommend this location to anyone again. I work HARD for my money as an ICU Nurse and feel awful that I spent my hard-earned money on a service which did not service me whatsoever. Furthermore, I called to report an issue with my truck after being treated like crap in your store and the same guy who checked me out (Caucasian stockier guy) answered the phone so it was the same thing all over again. The truck I picked up was on empty and so I was told that not only would I need to fill up the truck before I could continue with my day, but I would also have to drive to a different Uhaul location in order to pick up the dolly that I'd ordered with my truck. After stopping to put 30 gallons of gas in the truck I restarted the truck only to find the fuel gauge had not moved at all/hence was broken, which is why I had to call back to the store to both make sure they made a record of it and to document the problem so there were no repercussions upon drop off in Chattanooga. The representative never let me explain my concerns,. Instead, he kept interrupting me and speaking over me. So the entire trip I had to just guess my fuel status based on avg gas mileage and hoping for the best. Before driving over Monteagle mountain I even stopped and put another 15 gal in the truck just because there was no way to tell for sure what the fuel status was. To be quite honest, the rudeness of that staff and the unpredictability of the equipment I received should qualify me for some type of refund though I doubt I'll ever receive any of that consideration. And this is especially concerning since I have consistently given UHAUL my business on several different moving occasions.Very disappointed!

Wrong mileage on the car, led it to looking like I drove an extra 30 miles. The truck was also not ready, when I scheduled it. I wouldn't have been able to rent one had someone else not cancelled. Only helpful person was the manager, everyone else had an attitude and didn't help.

Horrible customer service. I filled out the order online and requested no hand trucks or blankets. I asked them to open the back door to make sure it was empty. There was one hand truck and a bag of blankets in the back. I asked the guy if he would remove them. He said he couldn't. I told him that I didn't want them and didn't want to be charged for removing them. He then went and got the manager. She had such a bad attitude and refused to remove the items. She explained that if the seals were not broken I would not be charged. I explained that I understood but I needed all the space in the truck but did not want the items and didn't want to be charged. She would not budge and she was borderline rude about it.

I have filed a complaint with corporate yesterday. After spending most of the day on the phone trying to rent a simple tow dolly. My experience was a total catastrophe. I have never been through such an ordeal. After talking to multiple people multiple times with no one being able to resolve a simple rental in a timely fashion. It was a disaster.

Even though the shop's computer system was down the crew didn't let it hinder their assisting me at all. They didn't use it as an excuses to keep me from renting, as a matter of fact they were more than accommodating. In minimal time time, my paperwork was done, my vehicle was hooked up and I was on my way. Excellent!
