I was asked to return the uhaul to a different location than I requested on reservation. I arrived there 42 minutes past the time I rented it out. I was charged an extra day!!!!!! So I fuel the truck myself AND take to another location and I was penalized??????? Extremely poor service since there was no one there to rent it! I may challenge this on my credit card because I feel it is not right.

The customer service was atrocious. I asked for help checking into my reservation. The customer service rep (who never provided his name) laughed at me and wouldn’t help as I had “started my reservation online”. The entire experience was not even below average but was embarrassingly bad. I will not EVER be using U-Haul or this location ever again for any services.

I had a great experience at this location. I had previously went to another location and they were terrible. They had moved my appointment 3 times and then realized they didn’t have the correct part. This has caused me to have to push my moving date by a day. It was very important that I was to leave the original day planned but the other location had made it so I could not do that. They also tried to push back my appointment again because they did not receive the part when they told me they did. I would never recommend that anyone go to that location. It was not until we reached out to the higher ups that something was done.

While the equipment was clean the steering wheel and controls felt really dirty. They needed to be cleaned and the windshield needed to be cleaned inside.

The Wedgewood location is great and the employees are friendly. BUT, the U-haul app is annoying and not worth the hassle. Just go to the counter and let the employees handle you rental. It'll be much faster.

First the equipment scheduled one week ahead was not at the pick up location requested. Second at pickup, the contract issued was for the wrong truck and the dispatcher said there was 3/8 tank of gas but he would show 1/8 to save me $. So I went to gas station and put $18.73 of gas to fill the tank. I returned the truck with 1/2 tank thinking there wouldn’t be a gas charge. Now I find out I’m being charged for 1/2 tank of gas. I hope my next rental goes better than this one.

Unable to return unused boxes due to system errors- spent 30+ minutes while someone tried to refund the money and eventually just left because it wasn’t working. Unacceptable. I want the money back for that tv kit and the boxes. Truck smelled of cigarettes and weed too.

Hi I've rented a truck last week at this location. I needed initially the truck for 2 days but i returned it a day before, on Saturday morning at 7:15 instead of sunday. When i returned the truck the person at the office told me it was ok, i didn't have to sign anything and i will only get charged only 24h instead of 48 and ask me to leave. He was kind of rude and didn't get me any invoice or nothing. 149 dollars for 24h.... I would like to be refund for my extra day and have a proper receipt please.

The representative that helped us used extremely foul language and reeked of beer and alcohol. When walking outside to the truck, we were greeted by several of what appeared to be his friends and an overwhelming stench of marijuana.
