First, I did not receive the vehicle that my email reservation indicated, and was hasseled for about an hour before I could leave. I reserved a van for a one piece furniture move, but was told I would have to take a 15' van. I am 5' tall, could not handle a truck that large. I finally had to take a 10' van that was barely holding together. I am grateful to Oshanae for her effort to get me a van. However, Valerie was a total unwelcoming, hateful person. She would not allow Oshanae to give me a van that was being turned in. She also kept using the word "freaking" in her conversations in front a lobby of people. Please tell me why reservations are not granted? my email clearly said 9' van. It was not honored. I would blast this all over Facebook but Shane Barnett refunded me some money. He was apologetic and humble, nowhere like Valerie. I think all of it should be refunded since the truck' s hood came loose, and sun visor fell on in cab. It ran laboriously. Unpleasant experience.

It is not immediately apparent where to go on the lot to check in. Very crowded in the particular location; unclear where to park. Otherwise, friendly staff, smooth process, I'd sure use them again.

Explain rental tax. Don't tell me an amount is going to be charged to my card without including tax. I could look st my receipt but if you're going to say a price it should be said price.

Store seemed understaffed don't know if I came at a busy time but a couple people were standing in line including me and 10 minutes or so once we got helped super simple and fast. Great service and will definitely recommend and return to this location.

Install wood back on the sides of the trailer.
The time, type equipment and pick up location was changed without us knowing. Things worked out but was stressful for a couple of hours.

Truck was waiting for us just outside the door when we arrived. A very nice gentlemen was next to the truck and double checked the mileage and gas tank level. Truck clean and drove well. On return, there was someone there who said he'd meet us inside. We weren't inside but a few minutes and he returned and we finished everything on his cell phone. Too easy!

I would love to see U-Haul implement a self-service kiosk for Corporate Move clients, especially those (like myself) who almost always check in online. It would be akin to the TSA "pre-check" program or the preferred status that rental car companies utilize which allows you to skip the lines (waiting behind someone who isn't certain what size truck he needs, etc.) and entry of the same information over and over again (DL info, etc.) Please consider using it. When I rent from U-Haul I am on a specific deadline for my clients, and the online check-in program doesn't necessarily save me time if there's a long line and/or the store hasn't scheduled enough counter help. We had a great experience with this U-hail location. The representative, Mr. Goodloe, worked very hard to correct the BIG mess up of another location/reservation and succeeded. My reservation for a truck at a site in a different town, my son's home and my destination, made early in the week, was changed to a totally different pick up site. The two major issues with that, other than the 20+ miles extra miles, were 1. it was a VERY busy weekend, 2. we were NOT notified of the change until my son went to pick the truck up. This location made the day a success!!!

The lot is very congested without a logical entry/exit plan. Had to back up quite a distance to exit. That increases risk of accidents. The crew were great at this location! The truck was perfect for my needs

The truck I rented : sun visor missing , sit not adjustable for shorter folks . Other than that the 2 folks behind the counter Re awesome . The young gents Shane ( think I'm right ) and the young colored lady . They are pleasant and respectful .

when you say the equipment the customer reserved is at the location you send them to make sure it is there. I reserved a pickup truck and a 5×9 utility trailer with ramp I get to the location and they have the truck but not the trailer. they had a motorcycle trailer which worked for what I needed it for but that's not the point.
