They messed up my reservation and somehow put 5 different charges on my card ranging from $4 to $100. Not even the charge that was supposed to be the correct one was correctly calculated, they still over charged me. Now I have over $300 of charges on my account when it should be only a total of $60. Will never use or recommend this company again. This problem wasn’t caused by a mistake it was caused by carelessness.

Everything was good overall. There was a couple of things that would have made it better. The truck was very loud, needed muffler work & the track door on the truck would not open easily. Other than that I happy with my Uhaul experience.

I had been set up to pick up my vehicle myself by using my smart phone. Luckily my pickup time was between 6:30 and 7am, because when I got to the location the website told me there wasn't any equipment assigned to my order. They gave me a phone number to call 24 hrs and I couldn't get through to anyone. When I walked to the door there was someone already in the store and he opened the door to check if I needed anything. Luckily he was able to get me something to rent and I was only a few minutes late to meet up with the people helping me move.

Uhaul of Elysian Fields was great. I called them for a trailer when the location on 8th Ave South reserved the wrong trailer for me (phone reservation) and then quoted me the wrong price on the trailer I wanted.

The only problem I had was at the end when I returned me Van. The computer was overcharging me but the employees were quick to find it and went in and fixed my bill for me. The staff at this location were the friendliest group I have run across in some time. Hats off to ALL your employees at this location. I will be moving soon and plan on using this location again when that time comes!!!

I checked out the 6x12 trailer first thing Saturday morning to help my girlfriend move some things. The attendant told me that I could drop off the trailer after-hours if I needed to. So the location closed at 7:00 pm and I dropped off the trailer at approximately 7:45 in one of the parking spaces in the back (two spaces over from where we picked it up). I received a call 3 days later asking where the trailer was. I clearly explained, but the guy who called was confused. This makes 2 of 3 experiences with U-Haul less than satisfactory.

We where misinformed about the storage time of closure from the technician from pick up when asked when we can drop off and store our things, that's just to start. We finally get a hold of someone on the uhaul "helpline" this particular woman named misty was rude, hung up on us multiple times, switched us different lines because obviously we where a bother. We wherein we had to keep calling back until finally almost an hour's worth of frustration we where directed to a 24/7 uhaul storage facility. And then we where given the wrong code was informed that we would have a free month because we dealt with uhaul....well we had gotten our confirm code etc. And by the instructions of the management of the uhaul storage which they had to call at home, told us we had to reapply on line due to uhauls mishap gotten charged my movers where outside of the storage at 1130 pm. Waiting because we where given a bad code and had to get the management number to get in. Finally get in to discover the storage that we where assigned was already locked and being used So we had to use an adjacent locker that was open to store our things. Very very dissatisfied with this outcome. Thank goodness that the male manager of the other storage facility that was affiliated with this site was very apologetic and very helpful. I am beyond upset about misty at the call center. We where moving from Nashville tn to Fayetteville Arkansas....any questions please let me know

I was told this was a 4wheel drive truck, we drove 60 miles to location needing a 4wheel drive truck, and it definitely was not. We were unable to use it because the 2 wheel drive couldn't get down the driveway. Wasted 200 for nothing. So frustrated.

I had reserved in advance a 20 foot truck and a tow dolly to move and to tow my truck to knoxville which is about 200 miles away! I got the confirmation and was good to go I thought. I get to the uhaul location to pick up my my truck and tow dolly and they said they gave my tow dolly to someone else! I had to leave my truck in Nashville!! I had no choice I have a job to keep. Freakin horrible!!

This has been one of my most horrible experiences. All the uhaul locations I dealt with (nashville TN - nolensville pike; Redwood City CA) the staff was rude, uninformed and just outright lazy. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone I know.

Person who waited on me input the wrong info and was rude because she was wrong!!!! Kept telling that my vehicle wouldn't tow a 1998 Honda Accord.....I informed her that I'd rented a tow dolly several times and towed the same kind of vehicle, but she was insistent that it wouldn't!!!!! .........Her manager came over and asked what kind of vehicle I was towing with. I informed him that it was an 07 F150 5.4 Supercrew, and he immediately saw the problem. She'd input that I was towing with an Altima!!!! After realizing her mistake, she didn't even apologize!!!!!.......A guy there replaced a bulb in the dolly and about an hour later when I stopped to get gas, the entire light was hanging out!!
