Somehow the mileage was written down incorrectly at pickup so it said i drove 34 miles in the truck but didn’t. The GM fixed it for me immediately with no issues!

Better trucks! Please get trucks that get better gas mileage then 10 miles to the gallon. And also usb and bluetooth capability would be nice for those long distance hauls.

The equipment was not very well maintained and I know it was not by the employees at the Elysian Fields store because they took care of everything just like they were supposed to but the truck did need to go in for maintenance because it has check engine light. ABS problems and it was low on oil and coolant when I got it.

I reserved a truck for 2:30 on a Saturday. I got there and they didn't have one for me. It just threw my plans off a bit. Uhaul should look into fixing their system to where online reservations can't be booked if they overlap with other reservations.

Milton was fantastic! I wish every customer service experience I had was with someone like Milton. He exceeded my expectations, made sure I had everything I needed without being pushy, and really made me feel like I was spending my time and money at a good establishment. A+!

This is the fourth time I have used U-Haul; third time for this location. I used another location that is actually closer to where I live one time but the staff at this store are so friendly and helpful that I came back to it.

The trailer had severely unevenly worn tires. Because of this I had a blow out and the other tire was so worn the roadside assist had to replace it. The wiring had a short that blew the running light fuse in my truck.

All of the employees were very attentive and professional. This was a very very rainy day. the closed trailer they gave me had numerous leaks . I do not fault the employees for not catching it. I had to move lots of furniture that I was already planning to cover with plastic. Please just go back in your records and have the equipment repaired or taken out of service.

We called two days ahead of time to ensure our rentals would be ready. We arrived at 9 am and the truck was ready but the car trailer was “going to be ready in a couple hours”. We said okay and showed up at 3pm once we had finished packing. We were told there was no trailer after waiting around for 20min. They sent us to another location 30 min away. We had to sit in traffic and use mileage and our gas to make this trip. We got the trailer and came back to the original location to hook up our car. I went in to talk to someone to help us and after asking a man just sitting behind the counter if he could help us he said “no, I’m clocking out” and then ignored me. Finally someone came out from the back and assisted me. I was upset at the poor customer service and run around. The man listened and looked into why we were given the run around, only to say that they had a car trailer in their parking lot the entire time!!! So now we had wasted hours that we could have been on the road with our newborn making headway on our 8 hour multi-state move. The man was very concerned for us and treated us respectfully and got us on our way. He told us to call to hopefully be compensated for the horrendous service and incompetence of the workers. He was the only good thing about this entire experience. Unless U-Haul does help make this right we will never rent from them again.

Perhaps the day/time I came in was inconvenient; however, I found the staff at this location unfortunately unprofessional and the service fairly slow. The van was in excellent condition and worked well, though there was dirt, etc. already in the back when I received it. The location and products are great, but the customer service could use a tune up. Or maybe just more staff. That would help too.
