Make sure the truck has the proper air pressure in the tires. We loaded the truck and found that one of the rear tires was flat. Had to get the tire changed at 11:00 at night.

MAINTAIN YOUR FLEET TRUCKS PROPERLY. The rear seal on our truck starting leaking oil within an hour of our departure from Nashville, TN. We contacted UHaul Roadside Service and a vendor responded promptly. We were told to drive to the vendor's shop for the repair. We arrived at the vendor's shop at 1:15 PM Saturday April 28th. To no fault of the vendor, the repair was not completed until 10:30 AM Monday April 30th. Communication from UHaul was poor at best. At many times during the situation we had more knowledge of what was going on that UHaul did. We were constantly told that phone calls would be returned from the UHaul escalation department. Very few of these phone calls were promptly returned. UHaul did provide us with a hotel room the first night and later delivered our personal belongings to us at no charge.

I own a moving company and for the 2nd day in a row, after I had a reservation for a 26ft truck they told us they only had a 17ft truck available and that he would hook us up lol. So we had to make multiple loads to accommodate my customers which racked up more hrs they had to pay and over 120 mi which cost me a lot of money. I hope someone reads this and makes this right bc Uhaul's mistakes are costing me 100's of dollars that doesn't need to be spent. I am actually quite upset about this. The latest contract number is 26056271. I hope I am contacted by this ongoing occurrence that is taking money out of my day. 6155048038

Only issue that was had was I wanted a larger trailer and they didn't have it in stock. They offered to search but with time restrictions to get started I had to take a smaller one. Great people to deal with!

1-800 uhaul is useless. Called twice and got disconnected. Very frustrating on moving day. Thankfully the folks off of nolensville rd in nashville helped us out. Would have gone with Penske if it was my choice after my experience with 1-800-uhaul

I was told to go out to the parking lot because someone would set me up. But lady at the counter didn't tell anyone. Guys working outside seemed friendly though and they apologized for me having to stand there clueless. I don't rent trailers often so could've used some customer guidance.

They did not have the equipment I reserved. I had ordered an appliance dolly and they didn't have it when I showed up. I saw online that there was a policy where if they don't have what I reserve I get $50 off. When I brought that up at check out I had to fight to get that taken off and was first told that "only a manager could approve that discount". It was only after several minutes of back and forth that I could finally get that discount approved. If you all have policies like that in place, it would be very helpful to actually back them up and not have to fight for what you all promise.

I originally was scheduled to drop the trailer off at 458 Bell Road in Antioch, Tennessee, but I couldn't find it through my GPS. Then, when I called the site, the gentleman who answered had such a strong accent I could barely understand him. Sadly, I became very aggravated. We both apologized to each other, me for not being able to understand, and him for having such a heavy accent. Your people who speak to the public NEED to be understandable. I never did find this location.
