Uhaul corporate needs to update reservation system to account for the location open and close times. My pickup was reassigned to this location at 9am which was pickup time at ORIGINAL location, but new location didn't open till 10am. This cost us an extra hour of loading and road time.

This location had the best customer service I have ever received at a U-Haul facility. The young lady who assisted me was super friendly and explained everything great! Would highly recommend this location!
KIMBERLY AEmployee was totally rude, complained about everything. Tried to tell me she was going to charge me a cleaning fee to fold one pad with me standing there.
TAYLOR RI was charged twice for an extra day, one on each end of the rental
JAMES AStaff was very on top of things, with calling ahead to confirm when the order was placed, and the day before the pickup. Check-in was quick and easy. They had everything I needed.
