I was confounded by the process. I made the reservation online and thought it would be simple. It was not. The application didn't work. The 800# kept giving me the same ridiculous 'I am sorry' statements. I went through the pickup process several times, finally had to go online only to receive a page not found error. It was ridiculous, taking nearly an hour of my morning to do something that should have been easy. Very disappointing...
