When returning the van, my car, which was in the designated customer parking, was blocked off by a herd of trucks that were returned in no order or appropriate parking designation. After 30 minutes of trying to figure out how to get my car out, I was able to squeeze by a very narrow patch of dirt near the bushes, scratching my car in the process. The following day, upon receiving the email receipt, I was charged $150 for damages to the van that were not mine. The van was damaged before I got it. I went to target, loaded a table, and returned it within the agreed timeframe. In no time did I pass under a bridge or could've encountered anything situation where the tip of the driver side door could've been damaged. The manager at location made us wait 45 minutes, accused us of driving through a drive through, checked the cameras and towards the end, says to my wife and I that he will "give us the benefit of the doubt because of how adamant we were about it". He refunded the $150 in damages but made us feel like criminals in front of all the other customers. My family has been using U-Haul services for years, this time, I was really dissapointed with how we're treated and almost forced into paying a damage fee that did not belong to us.

Great Manager! Need more staffing at front desk to help out during peak periods. Otherwise, it's a much better run facility these days then it was earlier in the year.

Sales person was great, courteous and friendly. I didn't have to wait for service, and vehicle was ready and waiting, with air conditioning on so I didn't have to get into a really hot vehicle on a day that was in the 90s.

I had technical difficulties when trying to return the vehicle after hours. I tried 5 times to log in to uhaul.com and kept getting messages that I needed to update my password. I called the 1-800 number twice. The first time to communicate my inability to self return, the second time to notify that the lock box for the key return was unlocked. Both reps were very kind and helpful. On my second call, I spoke with Sean. I reiterated my issue online. Again, he was very supportive. He's a great representative of U-Haul. Very nice person. Thank you!

The manager working was excellent! I'm not knocking a star because of him at all. There just needs to be more employees that can handle rentals. I had to wait for him behind another customer checking out a rental as there were no other employees that could do it. Otherwise, this would have been 5 Stars.

Hello According to the receipt, I was charged for two days, but I only had the van for 3 hours. The "rental charge" was $39.90, but it should have only been $19.95. I called the store and they referred me to UHaul customer support. Customer support said that this form would be the best way to get a refund. Thank you

During the check-in process there were only two people in front of me. The rep was doing a tremendous job and got everything accomplished ASAP (seemingly) but the wait was still 10 mins. I don't feel the rep could have been more productive so either streamlining his requirements or expanding onsite resources could go a long way to improving customer experience.

There was only one manager working at this location and it was incredibly busy given June 1 is a popular moving date. The poor guy did the best he could, but there were long wait periods and unhappy customers. I got what I needed, but having to wait 3 hours for a trailer hitch was an inconvenience.
