This is my regular location for Truck and Trailer rentals and I have rented from them several times over the last year or so. They are always great and this time was no exception. I was in and out in no time (they were not busy to be truthful), the gentleman who checked me out and hooked up the trailer was polite, efficient and great to deal with. Checking back in at the end of my period was quick and hassle free. This was the type of experience that keeps me coming back. Two thumbs up! ????

The Haul customer service associate who helped me check in was great and made the experience efficient and pleasant since once we had the cargo van there was a lot of work ahead. I only commented one point when I returned the van and that was the check tire pressure warning went on as I got on the Turnpike with the van fully loaded. The Haul agent upon returning the van said it was a battery or some signal that was not correct so I recommended that be fixed or to warn future users that has been a situation and not to be alarmed.

Your salesman was very attentive and professional. The van drove great and was in excellent condition. However, I did notice that the front hood was vibrating when I got to highway speed. I pulled over and found that only the safety latch was keeping it closed. It appears that the hood was not fully shut after the last servicing. I shared the incident with your salesman who said that he appreciated the feedback and would convey it to your servicing personnel.

Returned the truck with 40 extra miles on it and was told by the agent that the truck had not even been checked out to me but had been checked out to someone else and that I had a "free ride" Subsequently I received a bill for some outrageous amount and had to call to find out someone had incorrectly put my contract number into the system. I drove from New Britain Ct to Dedham Ma then to Natick Ma and now get an email receipt for 400 plus additional miles. So now I have to stop payment on my credit card again and contact uhaul to fix another mess. Would anyone realistically think that I would recommend Uhaul as a company to use?

I had reserved a pick up truck online, but there was none available when I got there . I was told the previous user didn't return it in time. I needed the truck for towing. They gave me a box truck instead which was significant larger, and much more difficult to move around, especially when backing up. I would have appreciated a courtesy call or email before driving there to let me know that the truck had been delayed. Also, part of the window handle was broken off making it difficult to roll the window up and down - that is why I gave a negative comment on the equipment being well maintained.

Was a lack of clarity between the vehicle I ordered & what I got. I asked for the smallest van possible. I got the next size up. I did not need the larger vehicle. I also feel that pricing options should have been discussed in more detail.

my complaint is always, that I go to the store and they tell me that there is no truck and there is why I call the customer service at the same time and have, I do not understand how to serve the customer.
