i asked to add my wife to the ocntract and they took her license couple of times and said they have checkin in the app they have and said she was successfully added into my contract as authorized driver. once the contract is completed, i dont see her name. The contact-less reservation and pick-up process was not always straightforward. It was not clear that a THIRD contact would be needed at the time of pick-up (I already listed the contact information of two people at sign up) and we had to stay on the phone with someone remotely who kept trying to call people to verify us which was frustrating and delayed our pickup by a half hour. Also, your site and phone lines were down for an entire day on 4/18 which prevented access to informational materialsJoshua H.
