I went to TWO different locations in order to obtain my rental (which had been made several weeks prior). I was never notified by UHaul that my rental would not be available at the first location (as required by YOUR contract), and when I called UHaul of Natick, they told me I could come in and they would have what I needed available. When I got there, this was not the case and they said I could only have my rental for 1 day, even though my reservation was clearly for two days, and necessary for me to run my small business. If I do not have the trucks I schedule (which I do weekly), I lose thousands of dollars. This is unacceptable. Why have I not yet received the "$50 guarantee" you claim to offer if you screw a customer over this badly, which you clearly did here? I expect to hear from a representative both about why this happened, what you will do to correct this mistake and rectify the money you cost by wasting both my time, and the time of an employee I was paying to pick up the vehicle. I had to pay them more than 2 hours in wages to wait around while you all figured out your mess. Fix this or I will rent my weekly vehicles elsewhere.

I returned the truck after hours. The location sign was not illuminated so we drove past it the first time. If you're going to allow 24 hour dropoff, you should keep the U-Haul sign illuminated.

This location closed at 7 PM. We got there are 6:55 and the lights were off and everyone was already gone. So did they close early? We dropped off the keys and there was a sign that said to go online and fill out a drop off form, but the website wouldn't work with my username and password.

The process was very efficient and I was surprised at how new the equipment is. Arthur (I think that is his name) that checked me in was great. However the woman that took my call changed my reservation from a pickup truck to a van. Luckily there was a pickup available when I arrived

Kalib and Arthur are the best and always go out of their way to get me the equipment i need when i need it. Unfortunately trucks dont always come back in as promised but when that happens they do their very best to accommodate my needs. That's great service and that is why I always use U-Haul.

Billing needs improvement. I feel that placing a hold charge and then charging the full amount at the end of the rental is unnecessary. The hold amount should be calculated into the final bill and then at the end of the rental the difference between what has already been charged and the additional fees is all that should be charged. The customer should not be charged double and wait 3-5 business days for the hold to be returned. Knowing that I will be charged twice and have to wait a week for my money to be returned is something that will make me reluctant to use or recommend U-Haul to others in the future. It is also something that I will inform any of my acquaintances about should they be interested in U-Haul in the future. This is something I feel should be corrected by U-Haul.

It was a pain in the arse to have the dolly that I did not need or use stuck to the wall at the entrance of the van. I think your policy where 1. You refuse it remove it and 2. that If I move it then I have to pay for it is not fair. You should seriously consider changing this policy. It caused much frustration as I loaded and unloaded the van. Please!!!!!!!

The truck was not evaluated closely after the prior return as the passenger mirror was broken and the bumper was damaged. If I hadn't noticed it I would've been held liable.
