First reservation was in Oshkosh, the trailers lights weren’t working so they had to send me to Neenah on a new reservation and that trailer in the middle of the trip lights stopped working as well My movers were waiting and had to leave so I and my sister in law were left do it ourselves This whole fiasco made us late leaving by 3 hours Overall VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED

Prices were ridiculous. Don't think I'd recommend U-haul to anyone after paying that much.
Andrew BAgent did not know how to return a trailer or print receipt for us.
Dale NJust be prepared to hook it up by yourself and unhook it by yourself. It was an easy process and staff will help you lift it but they don’t know how it hooks up.
