When I arrived to pickup, there was noone at the location to complete my transaction. No offer to call someone, just, "we don't know how". I called uhaul and basically rented it to myself. Pure stupidity. 1 tire bulging and no tread. Called to have it replaced only to be told the trailer was rented to someone else so they couldn't help me. Went the app and had a new tire in an hour. Pretty shitty day for me, but you don't give a fuck, you got your money.....asked to speak to AFM, no call ever came. I also would bet that your insurance company would not approve of a 70 yo man hooking up the trailer and lights by himself......
