Our experience was great! We were having a hard time finding a one way for a car trailer . I called this location and the woman I conversed was extremely pleasant and helpful. She set up the reservation for me via the phone. I appreciate her promptness and professionalism via phone. My husband had in person encounter and his experience was the same. We appreciate you alll!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou need to do a better job than just a sticker on the tow dolly that says you can back it up with a car on it. I got in to a situation when I had to back up with it and it did damage my car. There needs to be a manual lockout so you can reverse if absolutely necessary. Very disappointing.
