Equipment had a nearly flat tire, dirty and floor seemed insecure and weak. Uhaul did great sending someone to replace tire quickly but the return location was 25 minutes away when there were two Uhaul drop offs within 5 minutes of us.

Took forever to get the equipment due to staff not being present. After I dropped off equipment I received a message the next day my equipment was passed due. I called and was told they never checked it back in. Overall horrible experience. The truck was fine
