I just wasn't happy with the way I was treated at this location the clerk was unprofessional! Accused me of stealing called me a liar at first flirted with me during check in. I went to return the truck and dolly I was accused of taking a dolly! I've done more moves and always used Uhaul but this clerk was out of his mind. Very sad Uhaul has these types of people representing them. No customer service skills at all.

They didn't have the size truck that I reserved. They weren't ready for us when we arrived at the time of our reservation. They weren't able to answer our questions regarding filling up the tank of the truck when we returned it.

If my scheduled pickup location is changed, the customer should be asked if (s)he is a agreeable tot hose changes. Form where I was originally supposed to pickup the vehicle to where I had to pickuo the vehicle cost me money in miles traveled.

When someone has reserved a uhaul don't give it away twice and then have the customer run around for two and half hours as people are waiting to help move and the customer has no truck to move. Will never use you guys again. Completely disorganized on ur part

It was the worst experience I had. I put in for a 26' truck. I got to the location and they said they lost the key, unexceptable I put in for a truck 3 miles away from my house and you guys sent me to a place 20 miles away from my house. and the truck didn't work. then I had to get a 20' truck 5 miles up the street. it was a junk truck but I had to take it because I had to move out my house ASAP to my new house. the truck muffler had a hole in it, no lock, dirty inside and big graffiti on the side of the truck. I was the loudest truck on the road. I was totally embarrassed, a little discount would be greatly appreciate.

DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!! We needed to rent a truck. So we went the night before to get one. We were told that the truck we needed was being rented early the next day and due back at 2:30 pm. We said we could pick it up at 4:00 pm. I said what if the previous renter was not back in time? He said we would definitely will have a truck, no worries. So we made the reservation. My husband asked how much was mileage, the older man, told us there is no charge for mileage, unless it is a one-way drop off. LIE. The next day, we arrived a few minutes after 4:00 pm and the truck was not back, but they did give us the next biggest truck with no additional charge. Fine. I go out and the truck is filthy, hasn't been cleaned in I am sure a few years. I start the truck and it was in definite need of a new muffler, I pulled up next to our car to talk to my husband and could not hear my husband talking to me. I turned around and went back to the rental place. Told the person the truck was in need of repair. He said he could move our rental to the next truck there, but we would have to pay an additional $10 for the upgrade. I said, I wasn't requesting an upgrade, it was due to their lack of maintenance or their telling UHaul the need of repairs, that the truck was unusable. He called owner and the owner refused to move us to the other truck without us paying the difference. Since we were between a rock and a hard place, we said we had no choice, they said to contact UHaul for a refund, but they had to write it up with the upgrade. Their hands were tied. I get in the 2nd truck, it was also filthy, turn it on and IT ALSO needs a muffler and is extremely loud. Since we were running out of time to pick up the refrigerator, I just decided to drive it with the loud muffler noise. I drove directly into the development, to pick up my husband (about 1 mile), upon arriving at our home, the check engine light turns on!!! I directly drive back to the rental office to cancel the rental, since we did not want the truck to die on the highway. When I get back to the rental place, I said, " Please just cancel this rental, the trucks are not safe and we don't feel safe driving them." At this point, the first man was gone and the elder gentleman from the evening before, was now there. He said if we cancel the rental we will still be charged, since the truck left the property. I said we never got to use the truck for what we rented it for and we directly returned when the check engine light came on. We should not be charged, since we could not use their ill maintained trucks, which is their responsibility. He called the owner to tell him what happened. He got off the phone and said if we cancel he has no choice but to charge us for the rental, because that is UHaul's policy and their hands are tied. He gave me a receipt showing a charge of $72.35. Later that night I checked my bank and they processed the charge for $90.52!!!! A horrific experience. On top of all this, the three times I was in there trying to get things done, every time someone would walk in, they would stop processing my job, to go help the customers, which was non-stop. Finally, on the last encounter, I was getting upset, because time was running out to pick up our refrigerator and we still needed to find a truck to rent elsewhere and get the refrigerator. We had arrived at a few minutes after 4:00 pm and it took until 5:27 pm for us to finally leave. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Trucks not Clean. Gas caps missing on trucks. Failure to maintain the vehicles to ensure safety. They claim it is UHaul's fault, but they are the ones who are to inspect the vehicles and let UHaul know that repairs are needed. They can't fix what they don't know about.


Very trashy poorly maintain gas station location. Old unkept truck with exhaust leak and poor steering. Unsafe at highway speeds

Employee at the gas station was excellent, but the truck was dirty inside, and when driving,it was pulling to the right too much, my main complaint about this experience is the truck maintenance

The guy was so rude. I was late picking up my truck so he called me rudely asking where i was. When i got there he told me i had to bring the truck back at 5 because he had another reservation even when i reserved the truck for 16 hours. When i got in the front of the truck i realized it was so dirty. I took at picture. When i opened the back of the truck i realized he never put the dolly in the truck i reserved and told me i could come back to get it even when i was already at my destination and too far to return. He called me again and let me know i was late bringing the truck back after only 7 hours with no dolly but i was on my way to take it back anyway. When i returned i let him know i took pictures and sent everything through uhaul and i guess he didnt believe me because he swung open the door behind me to check him self. I will never go to this uhaul dealer again he was horrible. Worst experience ever.

I would like to know how much I'm being charged ahead of time. I must admit by him working alone made it tough. I had some discrepancies but we eventually worked it out.


Truck did not have a ramp and the salesman was pressuring me on insurance...and then he made me spend a 3 dollar minimum for a can of cole even though I just dropped 40 some dollars

The cashier tired to say that I could not drop off the trailer at their location. Also tired to say that I would have to pay more to drop it off early. I would not recommend this location to anyone in fact would drive out of my way, just not to use this location!

Entering fron NC Avenue is tricky. Very little patking space for customers. Vehicle was dirty. I wiped it down for my own safety.
