Jerome was fantastic to work with. I was nervous and unprepared, but he helped me figure out exactly what I needed and walked me through putting everything together. When the tester showed that some lights weren’t working, he even opened the fuse box himself, found the issue, and fixed it right away. He was thorough, patient, and very easy to be around, which made a big difference since this was my first experience dealing with a trailer. Even though I had to leave to pick up a few parts, he made the entire process feel seamless and really helped ease my anxiety. After everything was finished, I was able to drop off the trailer after hours, which was incredibly convenient. I would absolutely recommend CarQuest to anyone with trailer needs.
