I will never use your service again, I was on a time line to meet someone that I had purchased furniture from, I lost my deposit because I was late. No where did you tell me that self check in was mandatory, I get to the location to pick up the truck and it took my almost an hour to get checked in. My local contact was awesome, he walked me through the process, but his contact, his boss i guess didn't respond to him, and to be quite honest was very slow in verifying my info i submitted.....I have used you more than once....but never again.

Leah CThe location was very close to my home, but the way they have the equipment is in a back dark wooded area. I am a female and didn't feel safe at night taking pictures returning the equipment, and there was a big dumpster blocking the way out with other objects in the way. It is a very secluded area with no lighting at all for safety.
CHERYL WThis was way out in the boonies with a convenience store. Clerk knew nothing about the UHaul and owner wasn’t available. There were several UHaul facilities along 231/431 but for some reason, I could go to a more convenient location.
