Website indicated truck reservation location would be open on Sunday, which is specifically why I picked it. When I got there, it was lockboxes and the establishment was closed. The published phone number for the "smoke shop" routed to a different phone # and went to voice mail. After I downloaded the app and chatted with an agent, they gave me a different phone number which was disconnected. Finally, after calling the Uhaul 800 number I got help from a pleasant young woman who guided me through the treasure hunt for the keys. I then discovered the wheel cart was not present. I was told the wheel cart and blankets (which were present) would be removed from my invoice due to my troubles. To my knowledge, they remained on my invoice and I was charged. Will be more selective next time. :(
