The nicest people we've ever had to deal with in a business in a very long time. Even especially at a U-Haul place they have done everything possible to work with you in accommodate you but just the general pleasantries of the attitude and the business ethic even the people that helped us from the church even pleasantly surprised by such wonderful customer service and genuinity of their personalities

My experience with U-Haul customer service has been outstanding I rented the U-Haul truck for 12 days everything was great truck ran good the only thing was when I went to pay the bill holy Christ. I was basically using it for storage in my driveway as I was remodeling to keep my furniture clean next time I will definitely rent a storage unit. Storage unit 75 bucks a month U-Haul bill just under $700. Ouch
