I was disappointed in this rental this time. Usually the equipment is clean and it did look clean upon check in but once I got it home and packed it, when we got to our location all our belongings had this dark, grey/black residue all over. Some of our bags are ruined. I am going to attempt to wash them but it doesn't seem to come out. I washed my hands constantly but still they have a faint color on them. I had to pack all our items in trash bags to come home :-( I took photos if needed. This has never happened before. I've rented 5 other times from this company without incident. Idk what happened this time.

ROBERT SOnly irritating issue was that my reservation was transferred twice without notice on the last transfer resulting in me showing up at the wrong place, only to be send down the road to another place. The final pickup location did a good job and this problem was clearly not their fault.
